The health and safety of our clients and families is top priority. We are still open for business, completing repairs as scheduled, but we are taking a few precautionary measures. If you would like to utilize our services, please follow the steps below.

Estimates: We will utilize one drive up estimating bay if weather is inclement or just pull up to our office and call the number above. Once you are in the estimate bay or parking space, please remain in your vehicle. We will take all the information we need from you and prepare an estimate. At that point we can email or provide you the estimate after we finish. Please see our new online estimate request form below.

Vehicle Drop-Off: We ask that you use the key drop on the front side of our building to drop off a vehicle for repairs. Please make sure you sign the repair authorization that will be in the front box in an envelope and leave any signed checks in the box by the front door so we can start the repairs. If you are picking up a rental vehicle, please call us at 262-248-6880 to let us know you have arrived. Please remain in your vehicle and when the rental vehicle arrives, we will direct them to you. We have suspended our practice of driving customers home and the use of our loaner vehicles.

Vehicle Pickup: Call us to let us know you have arrived or schedule a time to arrive and someone will either meet you at the door or come out to your vehicle with the necessary paperwork. Payments can either be made over the phone or one of our staff members will take your card inside and process it for you.

Delivering Parts: Please call us to let us know you have arrived at our parts door - 262-248-6880. One of our team members will open the door and take the parts from you.

We are asking that nobody enter our facility at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We know this time can induce a lot of anxiety and panic. Stay calm and take care of yourselves. Let’s keep our elders and immunocompromised pals in mind. Thank you again for all of your support. We'll get through this together.
