I brought my 2025 Honda CR-V to them for review after I had taken it through the car wash at Menges in LG early one warm day.  Went to wipe down the car and the entire hood and some of the rooftop looked like they had been sliced with razor blades. Additionally, the hood had huge circular scratches on it. It was a nightmare! (If I can post before and after pics following this comment section you'll see the magnitude of the mess...and the quality of work done by Geneva Auto Body. It looks brand new again.) The owner of Menges, Hans, well he's another story. He denied it happened although the proof was clear. He could have been decent but he was not.  He implied I must have done it this winter with a scraper as if this was my first car and I did not know how to clear the snow off properly. Even looking up the information on-line tells the consumer that this can occur anytime at a car wash like Menges and it is more inclined to happen early in the day after the rotating cloths have been sitting all night with debris on them. He was a joke! Again, Geneva Auto Body is superb but no one should go to Menges.

Communicated through email and got this all scheduled and fixed in a couple weeks. Great response times, exceptional quality, would highly recommend checking them out for any issues.

They made sure everything was handled with the insurance claim, the tow company, and making sure all repairs got handled quickly.
